Job Purpose To oversee daily admin operations, supervise staff, coordinate resources, and implement administrative policies and procedures to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes and providing guidance to the administrative staff. Principal Accountabilities
Oversee the administrative operations of the ENOC Occupational Health Center. Supervise the administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the health center related to administrative tasks and manage admin resources efficiently. Supervise administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance patient care delivery. Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and standards. Collaborate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated patient flow throughout the health center. Monitor the inventory of medical and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement in collaboration with clinical staff. Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular meetings with the administrative staff to provide guidance, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment. Follow up with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies, as necessary. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Medical Compliance Officer. Monitor expenses, implement cost-control measures, and optimize financial resources. Manage the physical environment of the health center, including maintenance, security, and equipment procurement. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the health center's facilities and equipment. Develop and maintain relationships with the center's vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services. Monitor and enhance the quality of administrative services provided, implement quality improvement initiatives, and address any identified deficiencies. Monitor the administrative records, data, and information systems to support efficient operations and compliance. Collaborate with the center manager to develop and implement administrative strategies aligned with the overall goals and vision of the health center. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Good experience in healthcare administration or healthcare management roles, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
