Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Act as the first point of contact for customers.
\xc2\xb7 Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
\xc2\xb7 Update calendars and schedule meetings
\xc2\xb7 Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
\xc2\xb7 Store and sort financial and non-financial data electronically and present reports.
\xc2\xb7 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
\xc2\xb7 Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly reports and arrange new meetings and appointments.
