Job Title: Administrative Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and confident Administrative Executive to work closely with the owner across multiple sectors, including hospitality, construction, real estate, and investment. This dynamic role requires a strong background in finance, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a hunger for growth. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, procurement, employee tracking, financial reporting, contract management, and overall business organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist the owner in daily tasks across hospitality, construction, real estate, and investment sectors. Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle paperwork, reports, and documentation efficiently. Ensure smooth communication between departments and employees. Take notes during meetings and track tasks assigned to team members. Send reminders to employees about pending tasks and follow up on their completion. Report task progress and outcomes back to the owner.

Operations and Employee Tracking:

Monitor and track employee tasks and resolve operational issues. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely purchases. Streamline workflows and implement effective administrative processes. Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Take the lead in managing and evaluating team performance.

Financial Assistance:

Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure contracts are reviewed, approved, and aligned with company goals. Prepare Excel reports, financial evaluations, and data analysis.

Business Organization:

Assist in organizing and structuring business operations. Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Work closely with the owner to implement business plans and goals. Create reports based on the owner's evaluation of business situations.

Procurement and Deal Finalization:

Manage purchasing processes and negotiate with vendors. Finalize business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Personal Assistance:

Provide direct support to the owner for personal and business-related tasks. Ensure tasks assigned by the owner are completed accurately and on time. Adapt to any additional responsibilities as directed by the owner.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in administration, finance, and operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Confident, committed, and eager to grow within the company. Valid driver's license and access to a car. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
