We are looking to add an enthusiastic Real Estate Assistant to our team, who will enhance client experiences and manage the closing process. The ideal candidate has extraordinary attention to detail, is great on the phone, has a dedication to customer service, a passion for helping others, has prior administrative experience working in a real estate company.You must be extremely detail oriented and organized, a team player willing to assist in other areas and complete additional tasks as needed, a problem solver who takes ownership of assigned tasks and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You must also have proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and others.Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing company real estate listing portals.
Preparing real estate closing documents for the agents;
Managing time lines for real estate closings;
Answering and directing calls on a multi-line telephone system;
Sorting and distributing incoming mail;
Coordinating the office appointments,
Organizing and saving and closing client files;
Entering client data into firm software programs;
Preparing written correspondence to clients and third-parties;
