Urgently required Male Administration Assistant & Coordination guy who can handle both Admin related job as well as Coordination. Coordinate & Support the operation and implementation of manpower planning as required by clients in coordination with manager. Ensuring quality services to hospitality sector. Grooming, orientation and training of staff. Close liaison with regards to immigration process, labor, visa & work permit cancellations and other governmental related issues and new policy. Ensure coordination of pre-commencement candidate documentation and services in order to maintain contractualised joining dates HR Assistant for activities - Filling, update the master, validity of all IDs. Admin work as on day basis. Assisting in screening of CVs, shortlisted candidates will be called and coordinated. Should be familiar with Bahrain Labour Law, knowledge of processing salary. Should have sound knowledge of Computer software MS Office 2000, V Lookup etc., ready to work long hours and under pressure. Should be well versed with English / Hindi & Bengali language both written and spoken .. Should be locally available and ready to join on short notice.
