Dubai, UAE SALARY: 9,000 AED - 11,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentOur client a global investment firm in DMCC are seeking a well presented, personable and outgoing Administration Assistant who will be based front of house.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working front of house within a hospitality setting, a high end restaurant hostess who has a warm and friendly personality would be ideal.Within this role you will be responsible for providing administration support to the team, managing company databases and files, meeting and greeting guests.It is imperative that candidates have excellent English communication and a friendly and personable personality with demonstratable experience in an administrative role.(If you are not currently based in Dubai, or the UAE please do not apply)Responsibilities:
Directing internal and external calls, e-mails to designated departments.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings.
Travel booking for team.
Greeting and assisting clients and employees.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Administrative support to the team.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently based in the UAE and minimum 1 year experience working here.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Punctuality and positive attitude.
