Provide efficient administrative support to Directors and Executives. Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems. Minimum Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Experience as an Administration Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organisational, planning and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
