The ideal candidate will come from accounting, finance, or fund management, and hold an MBA or an equivalent accounting qualification. : As an Administration Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, assisting with financial documentation, and providing support for fund management activities.Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, and forecasts.
Support the CEO with accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with fund managers to assist in the management of investment portfolios.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Maintain and update financial databases and records.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree / MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on accounting, finance, or fund management.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
