:An IT project development company for banks and financial institutions is recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Finance Executive for their office in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
Accurately record financial transactions by entering vouchers into the accounting system.
Ensure all vouchers are properly documented and comply with accounting standards.
Maintain and update employee leave records.
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate tracking of leave balances and adherence to company leave policies.
Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Verify invoice accuracy and address any discrepancies.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
Address client inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Undertake any additional administrative or financial tasks as required by the management.
Managed comprehensive scheduling, including travel and appointments for the Chairman coordinated international visa applications, tickets, and hotel reservations administered personal and corporate insurance claims.
Implemented and supervised a detailed and efficient document filing system, enhancing data retrieval processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance and administration roles.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
