Overview:
Our client, a prominent firm in the interior fit out industry, is seeking a versatile and dedicated Admin and Account Executive. This role encompasses a mix of administrative duties, accounting responsibilities, and personal assistance tasks. The ideal candidate should be a male professional with a strong background in administration and accounting, capable of multitasking and supporting the daily operations of the company effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle payroll processing and related documentation.
Personal Assistant Tasks:
- Assist the executive team with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative and accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

Location: Dubai Production City
Timings: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, alternate Saturdays working.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
