Engineering Services International is a manufacturing company located in Sharjah. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team administrative support to our HR department and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidential HR records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and performing various administrative tasks.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and email inquiries.
• Manage the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
• Maintain the company's calendar and schedule.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
• Any degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
