Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Assist with recruitment (job postings, scheduling interviews).
Handle onboarding & exit formalities (contracts, ID processing, visa renewals).
Track employee attendance, leave records, and payroll assistance.
Ensure office cleanliness, coordinate necessary repairs and track inventory levels of essential supplies.
Maintain confidentiality of important business and maintain physical and digital records of important documents, ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and office supplies.
Handle office documentation, printing, and file archiving.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in an Admin or HR role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

English, Urdu/Hindi
