Job Description

We are a leading structural steel fabrication company specializing in delivering high-quality steel products and services. We are currently seeking an experienced Admin/HR professional with an IT background to join our team and support our administrative and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence. Handle HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Coordinate with IT to manage software applications, hardware, and network systems. Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions. Prepare and maintain administrative and HR reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably with IT support responsibilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications. Basic understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
