The Admin cum Accounts Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist in the day-to-day accounting tasks. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Handle petty cash and maintain records of disbursement
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
