Job Title: Admin-Accountant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Admin-Accountant to manage the company's financial records, client contracts, and real estate portal advertisements. This role involves maintaining accurate accounts, ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate regulations, handling invoicing and payments, and managing advertising activities on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management:
- Maintain financial records, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other tax regulations.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
2. Client & Contract Management:
- Maintain and update contracts with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Ensure all documentation is properly stored, updated, and compliant with RERA regulations.
- Assist brokers in preparing and reviewing sales and rental agreements.
- Track contract renewals and payment schedules.
- Handle coordination with legal teams and ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) policies.
3. Real Estate Portal Management:
- Manage and optimize property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other platforms.
- Ensure listings are updated with correct pricing, photos, and descriptions.
- Monitor advertisement performance and suggest improvements.
- Handle portal subscriptions, payments, and advertising budget allocation.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance online presence and lead generation.
4. Administrative Support:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal reports.
- Ensure smooth office operations and liaise with vendors/suppliers.
- Support HR in employee documentation and visa processes when required.

Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the real estate sector in Dubai.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, DLD, and RERA regulations.
- Experience using Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Additional Requirements:
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
