Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) reports in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data analysis.
- Manage and oversee financial accounts within the ZOHO ERP system, including tracking expenses, revenues, and budget adherence.
- Utilize ZOHO CRM to manage client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on client interactions.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and financial records in ZOHO accounting software, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate detailed financial reports and dashboards from ZOHO ERP to assist in decision-making processes.
- Provide support for day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and recordkeeping using ZOHO accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies while maintaining organized financial records.
- Meet and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner, fostering positive impressions and effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on enhancements and new features of ZOHO software, actively participating in training sessions to maximize software utility.
