We are hiring an experienced admin professional / secretary to perform clericals and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
Main responsibilities;
Responsible for keeping confidential files, making business letters, memos.
Preparing and posting job vacancy advertisements by online, newspaper, and bulletins
keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
Support the team by marketing the company on social media and Portals.
Compiles and updates employee database records and sensitivity to confidential matters with proper filing system both software and manual files
Act as the point of contact between the manager, agents & internal/external clients Screen , direct phone calls/Emails and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented
At least college level/graduate with relevant experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS office applications
Polite and friendly manner with good telephone etiquette
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in high pressure environment
