Job Description

A Leading International company in Bahrain looking for a Smart candidate . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Must be fluent in English Effective communication and teamwork skills. The candidate should have Basic IT Knowledge and skills . Knowledge of Online Branding, Social Media, Web Development is a plus . The candidate should be able to : Promptly handle assigned issues and tasks through internal systems. To ensure excellent customer service and teamwork practices at all times. providing ICT related administrative tasks including keeping ICT software inventory up-to-date and relevant ICT documentation records; Manage Vendor contracts and act as liaison for execution Document all ticket interactions and resolutions accurately and timely. Handle administrative task promptly, such as user account management and active directory upkeep. Have a working knowledge of computer networking technologies, modern Microsoft Windows operating. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Assist with the IT budget process. Communicate effectively and professionally with executives, and act as liaison with clients. Please send your CV
