Our client is a consulting firm for business set-up with visa, corporate bank opening, accounting and tax support, risk management, marketing support, market research, and business consulting. We are looking for an Admin Specialist to join for a 3-month extendable contract. Job Responsibilities:
Hotel Reservation
Flight Booking
Office management (Supplies management, office search, card & key manage, net and
telephone)
Housing for Expats(renewal, quote, contract review, competitive bids searching)
Golf Reservation,
Overtime calculation for driver
Office search and Supplies management
Payment management
PRO support such as VISA, communication with DED, freezone authority, license support
Qualifications:
Good communication skill by phone, email, face to face, whatsapp
Good PC skills for Google, Microsoft, accounting software, ERP, etc
Fast typing in PC
Multitask skills
Business English
Location: JLT Timings: Monday to Friday | 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM with 1 hour lunchbreak **ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THEIR OWN VISA AND IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE WILL BE CONSIDERED**
