Partner with the best A successful applicant would analyze the department administrative needs for the services function. As an Admin Secretary, you will be responsible for: Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals. Coordinating all "corporate" communications and diaries Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis. Ensuring prompt submission of all commercial and administrative paperwork for both customers and Baker Hughes. Arranging and coordinating meetings. Assisting with paperwork to Baker Hughes employees (print, scan etc.)

Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED) Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration jobs. Have an advanced level of English communication skills. Have experience with drilling services operations process. Have a proven knowledge using SAP. Be able to show a good working knowledge of computer skills.
