Job Description

• Purpose and Application of Materials : Understanding the purpose and application of different building materials is crucial for effective sales. This knowledge enables salespersons to recommend appropriate materials for various construction and renovation projects.
• Continuous Learning : Salespersons should continuously seek to expand their knowledge of materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Product Features and Benefits : Salespersons must be knowledgeable about each item's features, benefits, and potential drawbacks. This includes understanding the materials' composition, durability, and suitability for specific projects.
• Usage Scenarios : Knowing how and where each product can be used helps in guiding customers to make informed decisions.
• Personalized Recommendations : Offering tailored solutions based on customers' specific needs and project requirements. This involves listening to the customer's needs and suggesting the best products and solutions.
• Problem Solving : Addressing specific project challenges with customized product suggestions and practical advice.
• Staying Updated : Keeping abreast of industry trends, new products, and technological advancements. This ensures that salespersons can offer the latest and most efficient solutions to customers.
• Training and Development : Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes.
• Building Relationships : Establishing strong relationships with clients by offering expertise, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Customer Follow-Up : Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure their needs are met and build long-term loyalty.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency : Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. These tools are used to create documents, manage sales data, and communicate with customers.
• Digital Literacy : Being comfortable with digital communication tools and any sales or CRM software used by the company.
• Preferred Qualification : A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred. This educational background provides a solid foundation in business principles, accounting, and economics, which are beneficial for understanding market dynamics and managing sales effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
