•Position Overview: •
•The Admin Officer at iPay will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, visa management, medical insurance, property insurance, travel arrangements, and petty cash management.•
•Responsibilities: •
• •Manages and monitors the end-to-end procurement processes.•
• •Coordinates and distributes procurement requests in accordance with approved requisitions and specifications.•
• •Assesses supplier performance based on criteria including product quality, delivery timeliness, and competitive pricing.•
• •Ensures accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.•
• •Collaborates with suppliers to address any concerns or challenges regarding order fulfillment, mitigate delivery delays, and resolve discrepancies.•
• •Maintains precise and current documentation of procurement operations, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.•
• •Effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth procurement processes.•
• •Tracks and records supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring that necessary supplies are available and properly stored.•
• •Manage the maintenance services effectively.•
• •Handle visa applications, cancellations, renewals, and work permits for employees.•
• •Handle employee's medical insurance including addition, deletion, reimbursements, and payments.•
• •Ensure timely processing and accurate handling of property insurance endorsements, including policy updates, amendments, and renewals.•
• •Coordinate and manage ticket bookings and travel arrangements and ensure reservations are made promptly.•
• •Effectively manage petty cash disbursements and reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.•
• •Provide a range of administrative and support services to the business team.•
•Requirements: •
• •Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any related field.•
• •2-3 years of experience as an admin officer, procurement officer, or any related role.•
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook).•
• •Proficient in HR software and ERP systems.•
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•
• •Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and across departments.•
• •Strong organizational and time management abilities.•

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
