Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor the day-to-day activities effectively & efficiently
• Able to develop & implement the quality work procedures
• Responsible to Assign duties to the workers to meet the service deadlines
• Responsible to maintain the record of deliveries & pending deliveries
• Responsible to maintain the highest standards of services
• Responsible to respond to the customers feedback & complaints promptly
• Able to take decision to improve the work efficiency
• Responsible to maintaining company vehicle record & maintenance
• Responsible to manage factory supplies stock and place orders
• Able to prepare regular reports on expenses and factory budget
• Responsible to maintain employees records

Required Skills:

• Able to work independently, self-driven & motivated
• Good communication skills in English, Urdu. Arabic is added advantage
• Equipped with organization skills
• Task prioritization
• Excellent critical & analytical thinking
• Technical skills

Experience:

Minimum two year work experience in similar position or in a technical field
