Knowledge of HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, contracts, medical insurance, maintaining employees physical & digital records, maintaining relevant HR reports, etc. while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
Ensuring the implementation & adherence to various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Analyze data/information for reporting as submitted by the Line Manager to ensure accuracy before submission to the Management and/or as mandated.
Manage the transactional elements of HR, including HR reporting, maintaining employee data, and drafting employment offers contracts, and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
Coordinate with PRO for employee's visa, Renewal of Visa and other labor and immigration activity, Health Insurance
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or any field
3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations.
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws and laws related to office procedures, standards, and best practices.
