Job Description

:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our Aviation Club, ideally someone with strong knowledge and experience in the aviation industry. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in administration, preferably within the aviation sector, and a deep understanding of aviation-related activities. Priority will be given to candidates of Arabic nationality .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Aviation Club, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and operations.
• Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and ensuring high standards of performance.
• Coordinate and manage aviation-related events, meetings, and activities for club members.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and policies specific to the aviation club's needs.
• Handle membership management, including registration, renewals, and communication with club members.
• Maintain records, including event schedules, membership databases, and financial documents, in compliance with aviation industry standards.
• Coordinate with external aviation industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance club activities.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring the club operates smoothly on a daily basis.
• Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the club's operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation industry regulations and safety standards during club events and activities.
• Support the club in promoting aviation knowledge, training, and engagement among members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the aviation industry or a related aviation organization.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation industry terminology, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proven ability to coordinate events, handle logistics, and manage memberships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English .
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Priority for candidates of Arabic nationality .
