We are a delivery service company based in Sharjah, providing office support to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Recruiting bike riders and car drivers as per the company criteria.
• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
• Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
• Track & Monitor the fleet.
• Responding to complaints/issues from the riders and the drivers.
• Ensure client satisfaction & Identify ways to improve experiences.
• Track target achievements & monitor the performance.
• Perform assigned clerical & secretarial duties.
• Maintain and manage the office premises..
• Visiting client locations and handle client meetings.
Skills Required:
• Dynamic & Self Motivated.
• Good written & oral command of the English/Urdu language is a must.
• Excellent phone & email communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
• Ability to do marketing via developing a database, use of social media, contact circle, and referrals.
• Clerical & other Secretarial tasks.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Can quickly adapt to a new environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office products.
• Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.
• Good organizational skills.
• Can easily adapt to new environments.

• Operations Coordination: 1 years
