Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Listing Executive at White Stag Properties in Dubai. The role involves executive administrative assistance, general admin tasks, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders.
• Providing administration support to Property Consultants and Senior Management.
• Upload and update property listings on various platforms (Property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Ensure all property details are accurate and complete, including descriptions, photos, and pricing.
• Monitor listing performance and make necessary adjustments to increase visibility.
• Track and manage incoming leads from portals, emails, and phone calls.
• Maintain a database of leads for future outreach and reporting.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and addendum's (Forms A, B, F).
• Handle registrations with developers and other authorities (Trakheesi permits, RERA compliance).
• Assist in basic accounting tasks such as tracking agent commissions, generating invoices, and handling client payments.
• Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
• Respond to client queries related to properties, contracts, and other real estate matters.
The minimum requirement is to have at least one year experience in Real Estate.
Qualifications:
• Executive administrative assistance skills in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with excellent phone manner.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Available in Dubai & willing to join immediately.
What we offer:
• Salary between 4,000 to 5,000 monthly with 5% commission on completed sales transactions you helped to work on.

• Office hours 9am-6pm.
