Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within an immigration setting.
• Experience in customer service and building rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track case progress and relevant metrics.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support the Assistant Manager of Immigration & Candidate Relations with document editing, CRM/data input, and other administrative ad-hoc tasks.
• Undergo CV editing and package profiles when required.
• Communicate status updates and instructions to candidates in a timely and clear manner.
• Monitor the MIVI mailbox and inform the Manager of emails requiring their attention.
• Assist candidates with completing application processes for relevant exams, questionnaires, or client forms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data throughout the immigration process.
• Generate and distribute immigration and candidate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Gather and organize candidate promotional materials such as testimonials, images/videos, and reviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to share candidate promotional materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
