Job Description

Skyways Technics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & HR Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling administrative duties, human resources functions, and office management to ensure smooth daily operations. The idea candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Lines:

Reporting to Marketing & Administrator Manager of Skyways Technics.

Office Management Tasks:


Ensure smooth functioning of the daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and security coordination.

To oversee all the Government and free zone related activities including execution of labor related issues, timely renewal of trade licenses and tax related matters for the company.

Ensure timely payment of local suppliers (electricity, telephone, Cooling etc.) and coordinate with local accounting.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.

Assist in preparing reports, local events, and travel arrangements.


HR Activities:


Employee leave, absence, and sickness monitoring.

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Interacting with various stakeholders on a weekly basis to handle disciplinary issues and to manage and ensure prompt responses to the day-to-day problems/queries from the employees in the most effective manner.

Manage employee relations and address workplace issues effectively.

Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR and administrative role.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
