HR & Admin Executive : to assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors and any other tasks assigned by the management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Preparing Minutes of the meeting communicating minutes of the meeting
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Follow up staff daily job updates.
Renewing trade license and other related Documents
Required Skills/Abilities:
FEMALE
Bachelors Degree
Experience in working as HR Assistant/Office Administrstor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business & communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Problem-solver
Good decision-making skills
Strong ethical standards demonstrating strong organizational skills, discretion and ability to maintain confidential information and to remain tactful, calm and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
