We are seeking a proactive and organized Emirati Admin & HR Assistant to support daily administrative operations and HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office management, assist with employee records, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies, correspondence, and records.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave tracking.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions and staff development programs.
• Handle general administrative tasks and support office operations.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
