We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative functions of Al Muhtaref Accounting & Bookkeeping. This role will involve handling office operations, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle general administrative tasks including answering phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the calendar for the team.
• Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other documents related to accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Prepare and maintain internal reports on administrative activities and progress.
• Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Provide support to the accounting team in basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an accounting or bookkeeping setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or High School may be considered
