:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established insurance provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth office functioning.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update records, documents, and reports.- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.- Assist in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee documentation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenanceRequirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independentlyBenefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
