Job Title: Admin ExecutiveWe are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR-Candidate related communications across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, and internal communication tools. She will also handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the HR department. :
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-Candidates communications.
Organize, manage, and respond to HR-related messages promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of communications and ensure they are organized and up to date.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely dissemination of HR updates.
Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry and reports.
Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects.
Required Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
at least 2 years UAE experience but freshers are welcome.
Required Skills:
Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions with effective solutions.
