Admin Executive

Location : Dubai

Role and Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Prepare monthly provision of accrued expenses.
• Organize and supervise other office activities.
• Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
• Create policies or procedures for logistics activities including hotel preparation for accommodation.
• Arranging business travel for HODs, Executives for airline tickets, hotel reservations, and cab arrangement.
• Supervise/Coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Travel and Lodging formalities of employees travel to domestic & international sectors.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, and logistics systems of consultants.
• Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.
• Perform task for any Bank related matters, SOA.
• Process Visa's with PRO assistance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
