The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily and monthly bookings, scheduling training sessions and coaches, handling inquiries and leads generated from social media, and managing new registrations while retaining existing enrollments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Booking Management:
Handle daily and monthly bookings for the academys facilities and events.
Coordinate with clients and members to ensure smooth scheduling and availability.
Schedule Management:
Organize and maintain the schedules for training sessions, coaches, and other academy activities.
Ensure that all sessions and events are properly scheduled and communicated to the relevant parties.
Lead Management:
Attend to inquiries and leads generated from social media and other marketing channels.
Make calls to potential clients to provide information about the academys offerings and convert leads into bookings.
Registration Management:
Manage new student and customer registrations, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded.
Retain existing enrollments by maintaining regular communication with current students and customers and addressing any concerns or needs they may have.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain records of bookings, schedules, registrations, and client interactions.
Prepare reports on booking status, client feedback, registrations, and other relevant metrics.
Assist in the preparation and organization of events and special programs.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Act as the first point of contact for all academy-related inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in an academy, gym, or recreational facility.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and booking management software.
