• Collection and Delivery:
• Efficiently collect documents, parcels, and items from various locations.
• Handle the delivery of items as instructed by the management.
• Cheque Deposits:
• Deposit cheques promptly at designated banks.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of each transaction.
• Staff Pick-up and Drop-off:
• Provide reliable and timely transportation for staff as per the company schedule.
• Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism while driving.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist management with various administrative tasks as required.
• Support the smooth functioning of office operations through errands and task completion.
• Gate Pass Arrangements:
• Coordinate and arrange gate passes as needed for company personnel and visitors.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is prepared and submitted for access permissions.
• Governmental and Official Work:
• Complete assigned tasks related to government offices, such as filing documents, collecting permits, and liaising with officials.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all official interactions.
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License: Holding a valid license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Previous experience as an admin driver or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of Local Routes: Familiarity with routes and locations within the region.
• Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
