Job Description

We are looking for a full time ADMIN (LICENSING ,IMMIGRATIONS & LABORS) For Our corporate setup company based in Dubai. The person is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, managing immigration processes, and facilitating labor-related activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of licensing, immigration, and labor regulations. Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates outstanding knowledge across the company
  • formation/restructuring sector in the UAE ideally across onshore, offshore, freezones and financial zones.
  • Handle all labour / Immigration related queries for existing Clients.
  • Assists with all client queries and/or issues related to immigration applications throughout the UAE
  • Assess licensing applications agains formal criteria to provide an efficient and effective service delivery to clients in accordance with the free zone policies, procedures and client needs.
  • Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents for license renewals
  • Coordinate with the clients using proper communication channel for timely processing of documents prior to expiry and update them regularly about the status of the renewal.
  • Monitors the visa, labor card and passport expiration of all associates.
  • Ensures all associates files contain required employment paperwork, related to visas.
  • Ensure all trade Licenses, permits, visa, medical are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Perform routine data entry and other office support activities, including creating, sorting, scanning and filling documents.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to licensing, immigration, and labor activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
  • Dealing with the customers, and providing them with all their needs and demands with accuracy.
  • Respond to general inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on matters pertaining to the company and its associates.
Preferred Skills Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 work years\' experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of licensing regulations, immigration laws, and labor laws.
  • Prior experience in licensing, immigration, or labor-related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and computer skills (MS Office Application)
  • Ability to handle multiple complex assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientated
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually with minimum supervision
  • Must hold a valid driving License
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
