Cold calling or emailing prospects to introduce the company's IT & ELV solutions and generate leads
Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives or engineers
Providing information and answering questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's IT & ELV products or services
Maintaining records of contacts, sales, and feedback in a CRM system
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance indicators
Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT & ELV industry
Having a strong knowledge of IT & ELV systems, such as network infrastructure, security, CCTV, access control, Access controlsystem, etc.
Having excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Having a professional and courteous manner and a customer-oriented attitude
Having a diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in IT, engineering, or related fields is a plus
