:
As a Real Estate Admin and Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to the real estate office. You will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and assist with general administrative duties. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering excellent customer service to both internal staff and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, Handle mails, Cold Calling and manage inquiries.
• Assist clients and visitors with general information about properties, agents, and company services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for real estate agents and office staff.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Coordinate with the marketing or sales team to provide support for open houses, events, and property tours
• Update and maintain client records, property listings, and other relevant databases and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Admin or in a Sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phone systems, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with standard office hours.
