This position combines receptionist duties with administrative tasks specific to the real estate industry. We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional receptionist with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management:

Prepare and process real estate documents, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, listing agreements, and other contracts

Property Maintenance Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including liaising with contractors and tenants.

Lease Administration:

Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and tenant communication.

Mail Management:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and provide proper reply and follow-up

Filing & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized files for property documents, client information, and office records
Requirements

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience in an admin cum receptionist role with documents management and customer dealing proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.

Core Skills:

Communication (Verbal & Written) Interpersonal Skills Technology Proficiency Administrative Skills

Real Estate Specific Skills:

Knowledge of Real Estate Terminology:

Understanding common real estate terms and concepts (listings, leases, contracts, etc.).

Property Listing Management:

Ability to update and maintain property listings on various platforms.

Lease Administration:

Familiarity with lease agreements and tenant communication.

Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market:

Understanding of local market trends and regulations.

Confidentiality:

Ability to handle sensitive client and property information with discretion.
