Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin and Receptionist to manage front-desk duties, support administrative tasks, and assist in various operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and shares our passion for sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing basic information when needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

• Order and Inventory Support : Follow up on customer orders, help manage stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
• Purchasing Assistance : Support purchasing activities by liaising with suppliers and preparing purchase orders.
• Shipping & Documentation : Prepare shipping documents, arrange deliveries, and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
• Social Media & Marketing : Assist in social media tasks, including content posting and engagement, as needed.
• Office Upkeep : Monitor office cleanliness and coordinate with cleaning services to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
• Guest Hosting : Host and serve tea or coffee to visitors as needed.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Photoshop skills to assist with marketing materials, product visuals, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with inventory or order-tracking systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within a manufacturing or sustainability-focused company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-friendly approach.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• admin: 2 years (Preferred)
• photoshop: 2 years (Preferred)
