Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and professional female Admin cum Receptionist with prior experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing seamless administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

•1. Reception and Client Interaction: •
- Welcome and greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled effectively.
- Assist walk-in clients with their queries related to property management or real estate services.

•2. Administrative Tasks: •
- Maintain and organize property-related documentation, including tenancy contracts and listings.
- Support the team in scheduling property viewings, client meetings, and appointments.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.

•Coordination and Real Estate Support: •
- Coordinate with agents and property managers to manage client requests.
- Assist in preparing property marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers.
- Maintain records of property leads, client follow-ups, and correspondence.

•Listings Coordinator •

- Call database of clients and arrange listings

- Coordinate with Senior Admin and Agents and Provide list of interested clients to list their unit

- Cold calling databases as per instructions given

•Requirements •
- Female candidate preferred for this role.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry brokerage industry in Dubai is a must.
- Familiarity with real estate processes, documentation, and property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
