Asset & Inventory Management:
Oversee office asset management, including tracking and maintenance of office equipment.
Manage office inventory, including stationery, supplies, and equipment procurement.
Documentation & Compliance:
Handle documentation, filing, and data management efficiently.
Manage
Pre-Qualification (PQ)
and
Site General Pass
requirements, ensuring compliance with site access protocols.
Maintain and organize documents in the
Common Folder
for easy access and retrieval.
Administrative & Marketing Support:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing teams as needed.
Assist in marketing initiatives, including organizing materials and supporting promotional activities.
Coordination & Office Management:
Facilitate internal communication and coordinate with different departments.
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.
Requirements
:
Experience: Proven experience in an admin/receptionist role or similar capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
