Key Responsibilities:Procurement:
• Source, negotiate, and purchase automotive parts, tools, and equipment from reliable suppliers within the UAE.
• Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality materials and products.
• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.
• Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead initiatives to optimize cost savings and improve product quality.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and potential vendors for efficient purchasing strategies.
Administration:
• Oversee office administration, including maintaining records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for the team.
• Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and cost efficiency.
• Process and manage invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation in coordination with the finance team.
• Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, visa processing, and employee records maintenance.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all procurement and administrative activities are compliant with UAE laws and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and manage budget allocations effectively.
