Job Summary: As an Admin cum PRO, you will be responsible for managing administrative concerns, ensuring the smooth processing in Government related offices. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities: You will liaise with the relevant government departments with regard to visas, licenses, and sponsorship. Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
Provide documents to typing centre and government offices.
Responsible for timely license renewals, acquiring accreditation, and visitation of government offices to ensure smooth processing.
Record Management \xe2\x80\x93 update visa administration information.
Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses business requirements.
Advise Management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of Visas, licensing, and accreditation.
Provide continuous advice in regard to the new rules in the governmental departments.
To be up-to-date with all government rules and laws and ensure that our company is aligned with the changes and is responsible for disseminating useful information to the employees.
Responsible for managing legal and policy cases of the company.
Facilities Management:
Responsible for ensuring the maintenance and security of all UAE and Qatar offices.
Manage and ensure staff accommodations are timely renewed and in order.
Responsible for acquiring the best option for property and asset insurance.
Maintain confidential records and files, records of decisions, motions, policies and procedures, presentations, reports, and documents for Board Meetings.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
Arabic Speaker.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general office and PRO responsibilities and procedures.
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Stress management and time management skills.
Driving License is required.
Dynamic.
