We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative & listing coordinator . This dynamic role combines administrative expertise with real estate operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office functions while contributing to real estate transactions, client management, and property-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the property agents assigned.
• Tasks include:
• creating advertisements for CRM and marketing portals
• posting photos and videos of available properties
• producing brochures
• listings & verifications updates
• my answer client inquiries and convey the message
• classifies marketing advertisement
• Enters data into a computer, prepares reports, general documents & correspondence, and routes documents for approval and signature.
• Files and maintains departmental records.
• Orders office supplies as needed.
• Maintain databases, and prepare reports and spreadsheets for and as per managers' request:
• Agents Listings Report
• Agents Price Reduction Report
• Agents Deals Report
• Agents Viewing Report
• Agents Verification Report
• Property Finder Featured Listings
• Houza - Exclusive Listings
• Property renewals
• Reception reliever on a shifting basis
• Duties may include, but are not restricted to running errands, opening and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, copying, scanning, faxing, and/or filing, writing, typing, or entering information into a computer, preparing, issuing, and sending out a variety of correspondence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
