Job Description
We are a catering company based out here in Alquoz, Dubai, and we are looking for a Admin cum Customer service executive to join our organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries like answering phone calls or responding to emails and messages and incoming sales , inquiries of 100 k plus Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers Ensuring that customers or clients are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer client's or customer's questions Manage members of the business development teams. Lead negotiation with potential clients help them to develop strategies for expanding our business. Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
Requirements and qualifications
Degree in Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Customer service /telesales executives in any food industry is a plus.
Preferred candidates with decent English and good telephone etiquette preferred with good energy , basic math, and logic with good commitment and dedication to work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset
. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills Maximum Age limit-35 Female candidates preferred English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/Salary-2500-3000(depends on experience and skills)

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
