Admin Cum Coordinator

Job Description

Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calls, and maintaining records. Coordinate with medical staff, patients, and external partners for smooth operation of healthcare services. Assist in managing patient information, medical records, and other confidential data. Support inventory management of medical supplies and office materials. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed for healthcare projects and meetings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences related to healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles, preferably in healthcare. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
