Admin Cum Coordinator

Job Description

• Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calls, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with medical staff, patients, and external partners for smooth operation of healthcare services.
• Assist in managing patient information, medical records, and other confidential data.
• Support inventory management of medical supplies and office materials.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed for healthcare projects and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences related to healthcare initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
